Kelly Riley, PT, DPT

Owner/Therapist

Kelly attended the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and received her B.S. in Psychology.  She then went on to complete her Masters of Physical Therapy at East Carolina University and Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  Kelly has been a pediatric physical therapist in Wilmington, NC since 2003.  She specializes in treadmill training for children with Down Syndrome, serial casting and constraint induced movement therapy.  Kelly is an avid runner, enjoys yoga, pilates, fishing, and spending time at the beach with her family.  She is married and has two children.

Dylan Bryce, PT, DPT

Clinical Manager/Therapist

Dylan, originally from Maryland, received his Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology before going on to earn his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Husson University in Maine in 2020.  He began his career in the Outpatient setting before transitioning into Pediatrics. He is driven to help inspire children to meet highest potential and become confident, empowered, and independent, while integrating his knowledge of strengthening and functional mobility into fun and engaging treatments.  Dylan believes that there is nothing better than seeing a child achieve a goal and experience the feeling of accomplishment.  In his spare time, Dylan enjoys traveling, fishing, playing soccer, going to the beach, and spending time with his wife.

Kailtin Owen, PT, DPT

Therapist

Kaitlin received her B.S. in Public Health Sciences from Clemson University, and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2015. She has experience working in outpatient, early intervention, school based, inpatient and acute care/PICU settings. She has additional education and experience in a variety of areas including pediatric and adult stroke rehab, aquatic therapy, SCI, infant torticollis and neurodevelopmental therapy, serial casting, gait analysis and orthotic management. In her free time Kaitlin enjoys being on the water, running, reading, cheering on the Tigers, and spending time with her husband.

Leslie Gravina, PT

Therapist

Leslie is originally from Maryland.  She completed her physical therapy degree at Quinnipiac University and has been a pediatric physical therapist for more than 30 years.  She began her career in a pediatric hospital in New York working with clients as inpatients, outpatients, and pre school students.  She has since worked in early intervention, home health and pediatric clinics in New York, Connecticut, and Georgia.  She has been trained and has extensive experience with NDT, infant treatment, hippotherapy,  wheelchair seating and positioning.  Leslie is married with three adult children and recently moved to Wilmington.

Kelly Harwood, PTA

Therapist

Kelly earned her Associate’s Degree from Fayetteville Technical Community College as a Physical Therapist Assistant in 1991. She has worked with children of all ages in home and school based settings. Kelly has more than 15 years experience in the school setting providing physical therapy to students from pre-kindergarten to high school age. She loves working alongside families to help their child progress. Kelly is married and has two adult children. She enjoys walking, bike riding, and spending time with family and friends. She is very involved in her church, primarily serving middle and high school students.

Kathy Biron, PT

Therapist

Kathy earned her Physical Therapy degree from University at Buffalo SUNY in 2002. She worked as a pediatric physical therapist in the Western New York area from 2002 until recently, when she moved from NY to coastal North Carolina. Kathy has extensive experience working with children experiencing complex medical needs, in the home and community. She feels passionate about teaching families to advocate for and to empower their children to live their best, most independent and engaged lives. Kathy spends her free time with her human and canine family, is passionate about health, nutrition and all forms of exercise, loves any and all things involving water, nature, and learning.

Samantha Purcell, PT, DPT

Therapist

Sami is originally from Indiana and recently graduated in 2024 with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Indiana University - Indianapolis. Prior to that, she received her B.S. in Kinesiology from Purdue University. Sami started her career in Outpatient Orthopedics prior to moving to Wilmington and transitioning to Pediatrics. Sami is passionate about helping children become more confident and achieve their full potential. She enjoys spending time with friends, playing sports like volleyball, tennis, and pickleball, going to the beach, kayaking, reading, and crocheting.
